During this 30-minute Zoom video meeting with Brain XP’s founder Sailor Smoak (born Christine Marie Frey), you can ask any questions you have about mental health challenges, stigma, and advocacy. *Please note that Sailor is not a mental health professional. She will only provide answers and information based on her lived experience.

This 30-minute Zoom video meeting is especially great for teens who are struggling with mental health challenges as well as their parents/families. Sailor will share a ton of insight and can be someone to relate to. *Please note that anyone under the age of 18 who is interested in this service MUST be accompanied by their guardian during the Zoom video meeting.

Also, please make sure that you have all the equipment necessary to access the Zoom platform.

STEPS TO SCHEDULE YOUR 30-MINUTE ZOOM VIDEO MEETING:

1. Purchase this service.

2. Within 3 business days after you have purchased this service, you will receive a link that will bring you to our scheduling site, where you can schedule your Zoom video meeting date & time. You can also provide any notes you want Sailor to know before your meeting.

3. After you have scheduled your meeting, you will automatically receive an email that contains the Zoom link that will allow you to join the meeting on the date and time that you scheduled.
